By placing your order you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions of sale:-

 

• Please ensure your delivery address details are correct when placing your order. If this is not up to date or incorrect we cannot accept responsibility for any issues arising from incorrect details. You will not be entitled to a refund or replacement if your order has already been dispatched.

 

• It is your responsibility to ensure appropriate living conditions/care for livestock purchases i.e. water parameters, keeping suitable species together. We may require proof of this to resolve any disputes of livestock dying after arrival including water parameter tests, pictures of set up or conditions livestock are kept in.

 

• In the unlikely event that livestock is dead on arrival (DOA) claims must be made by 6pm on the day of delivery and include pictures of the livestock as delivered in the original packaging. Failure to provide this evidence may invalidate any claims for a refund or replacement.

 

• We do everything we can to ensure our livestock is healthy and free from contamination. If however you have any concerns/doubts, please quarantine any livestock at your own discretion as we won’t accept claims of contamination.

 

• Your contract with us begins once we’ve accepted your order and not when the order has been placed. Your order is subject to acceptance by us and we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order without notice.
