Shipping Policy
All plants, invertebrates, snails and mussels will be posted via royal mail first class delivery from Monday to Thursday (We don't post Fridays or Saturdays to avoid them being stuck in transit over the weekend ). They will arrive 1 to 2 days after postage, Most will be packed so that they will fit through the letterbox except for larger orders, There will be a standard £5.00 postage charge for plants/invertebrates. Tadpoles, Newt eggs/larvae £8.95. Any orders over £40 will be dispatched special delivery ( next day delivery ) this will be done at no extra charge. Fish are sent next day delivery between 9am-1pm at a standard charge of £12. If you have a preferred postage date, please leave a note with your order.
Tadpoles, fish and shrimp are posted in breathable bags which allow the transfer of carbon dioxide out the walls of the bag and allows oxygen in via osmosis. This means there is an unlimited oxygen supply during transit and they are well packed in a sturdy box. During times of warm weather dispatch may be delayed if there's a risk of the livestock perishing. If this is the case we will let you know and inform you of when to expect delivery when conditions are safe to post.
Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you change your mind about a purchase or are dissatisfied with the item, give us a message and we will do our best to resolve any issues you may have. In the unlikely event they are dead on arrival or an item is damaged, email us or use the on site messenger and send us a picture of the dead or damaged item in its original packaging on the day of delivery.
